Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CRPT Label purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at info@crptlabel.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@crptlabel.com and include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-returnable items
Custom, personalized, or specially modified items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
