Shipping Policy

CRPT Label currently ships orders within the United States.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Because some CRPT Label products are printed and prepared in-house, processing time may vary slightly by item and order size.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be subject to the terms shown on the website.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at info@crptlabel.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@crptlabel.com with your order number.

For damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and item may be requested.

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the shipping carrier to determine the best resolution.

Returned Packages
Packages returned to CRPT Label because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If international shipping becomes available for your destination, applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or import fees may be calculated or charged separately.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
